1. Engagement Terms
Anorstack Software Studio provides custom software engineering, product MVP development, and technical consulting under agreed-upon fixed-scope contracts and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
2. Fixed Pricing & Deliverables
All projects are executed on transparent fixed-price terms with milestone-based delivery dates. Any additions outside the agreed initial scope will be documented and estimated as separate change orders.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of invoice milestones, all custom source code, design assets, and intellectual property produced for the project are assigned completely to the client.
4. Direct Line Communication
Clients work directly with senior engineers. Weekly working demos and progress updates are provided throughout the development lifecycle.
